Our meetings are open to the public and guests are welcome. We both welcome and encourage public input during our meetings because we know that is one of the best ways to help improve Florida's substance abuse and mental health service delivery system. We ask all guests to sign in prior to the start of the meeting and fill out a Public Comment Card if they would like to address the Council. The agenda designates specific times for guests to address the Council with their input and/or questions.
All Council activities and meetings operate in the "Sunshine". Enacted in 1995, the Florida Sunshine Law is a series of laws designed to guarantee that the public has access to public records of governmental bodies in Florida.
Council meetings can also be accessed via conference call. Contact the Program Office for details on how to participate on the conference call.
